About the development
Racławicka Park is a housing estate connecting the traditional with the modern. The antique architecture of the building, which changed owners over the years, was used by the railways for some time, and now is going to have the form expected by the local community, and we believe its new users will appreciate it.
The new development in Szczecin responds to the growing demand for residential buildings. This small residential area is characterised by original and stylish design, and is situated by the Płonia River, close to the park. It offers convenient public transportation to the city centre, while being away from metropolitan noise.

Within a short distance, one will also find Bukowa Wilderness or Dąbie Forest, which offer plenty of opportunities for active leisure, such as long walks, jogging or cycling.
